Migrating to wales

So we're staying with friends in Pembroke over the weekend. Going to be viewing more possible properties with land.

I think we're completely mad to be going at this full steam ahead but the more we do it the more I'm into the idea of having the ponies at the end of the garden.

Looking anywhere between Pembroke and Aberystwyth. Amy advice on what to look out for gratefully received. First time buying somewhere with my own land
