hey i like them too.
wicca workshops who done all the stuff for lord of the rings do stuff but they are in nz.
sorry not much help but p`haps search along these lines.(films etc or somebody who does made to order)

Would it be worth getting some really detailed photos and giving them to a Saddler. I am quite sure that any Saddler worth his/her salt could make you one up and source the buckles etc.
