Mind playing tricks.. am I bonkers!? is there any hope!???

Ok so i am hopefully stressaging tomorrow (just mere prelim) and someone told me recently that you should picture riding the test in your mind the best you could hope for and through some sort of weird cognitive CBT NLP whatsit it should make you ride the test better?!

Anyway I thought anything is worth a try cos soooo want to do well, so saturday night decided to close my eyes and run through my tests imagining the best tests ever...

Well, we broke in canter, our circles were off marker, and I tried 'riding' the final halts over 10 times and each time we were either quarters in or we wiggled or we stepped back!???!

Now correct me if i am wrong but this is MY head telling me this, and surely I should just be able to make MY head think what it wants to think!??

Anyone else had this? Does this mean I am a) mad, b) so negative I cant even imagine a good test or c) clearly hopeless at stressage and this is an omen that I shouldnt even bother turning up!?

Oh and yes I am gutted about Badminton too!!
