I just went on a seminar yesterday hosted by my agility club. If you ever get a chance to go to one of these, do it!
The Mind to Win is the entry level seminar, which can be followed by Start Line Gremlins. Although the analogies are all agility related, and it's geared to agility, I would say that anyone who had a job, competes etc, could apply the principals taught in the Mind to Win day (though the second half the day was walking a course and using the tools you learned in the morning).
It's not a technical training day, it's about improving your mind set. So even though the course was set up as a G 4/5 course my G1 dog and I handled it without too much problem. In fact, I came away thinking I had a superstar (which she always has been, but now I know it!)
