I'm reading Richard Hammond's biography at the mo (which I will say I am thoroughly enjoying!
) and in the chapters which his wife, Mindy, wrote, she speaks of a horse she has just bought. She says he has internationally showjumped for many years, that everyone in the SJ world will know of 'him and his reputation' and that at 16, his owners wanted him to have an easier life which is how she came to own him. His stable name is Thomas, he's a 16.3 chestnut Belgian Warmblood, he has a white blaze and three white socks. I can't place him, yet at the time he would have been jumping, I had an encyclopaedic knowledge of every showjumper on the circuit! Can anyone think who he might be? It's puzzling me!
