Also in breeding

I bought two fillies recently from a family friend. The advert stated they were both passported and microchipped.

Today I am sending off to have the transfer of ownership changed, and realise that the part bred only has an 'application for entry to part bred register'. This doesn't count as a passport does it? I am very annoyed if this is the case, as she has lied to me and the pony was falsely advertised

Anyway, I am on the relevant website.....http://www.newforestpony.com/registrationpassport.php# trying to figure out what I have to pay, and to register PB, is it £70 or £24?? I will be fuming if it is £70!

GGGRRRRRR.
At least they are both microchipped!

Please help me! *deep breath*

I think you have missed the time for a part bred passport, they are supposed to be done in the year of birth, hence the sliding scale to encourage early applications.
The £70 is for a prefix which you will not need, the best thing is to contact them and explain that it has no passport due to previous owners error,if they will not do it go for a generic one with another agency.
