Minor DH rant

We have a DH store about 25 minutes away, I phoned them at the start of Feb to ask if they could order in a pair of SealSkinz gloves for me. Was told this was no problem, and they would call me when they came in.

Start of last week, they still hadn't been in touch, so I gave them a phone. The girl told me that they'd be in "any day now" (possibly even that day) as they were coming from another store.

They still haven't phoned. If I'd known they'd take this long I'd have bought them somewhere else

It's bl**dy annoying, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with DH.

I think DH fall short when they don’t have the item in stock. We have a store nearby and when you go you can get when you need, pay and its all good but when the item isn’t in stock you might as well shop else where.
