Minor 'fingers crossed' thoughts for the greyhound girlies please....

I know it isnt really important but....

Amy only coughed for 5 days then stopped

Islay has not coughed at all

Flick has been coughing badly for 7 days now..... but this morning she was hardly coughing at all

So I am really, really hoping they are all coming out the other side, so I can get on with worming them, vaccinating Flick, taking them for walks etc etc

Oh and Islay is sound in walk and trot now without Rimadyl, her broken toe seems to have healed incredibly quickly, I only had to have the dressing on for a week and a bit

Canine Puppy caught kennel cough once (after a trip to the vets ) and it was horrible how bad her cough was

My current vet marches out of his consultation room to interrogate anyone in the waiting room whose dog even dares to clear it's throat!

Thanks Puppy - LOL about your current vet I consulted the vet over the phone this time as I thought Flick might need antib's - and of course it saved me a consultation fee as well

LOL - there have been numerous posts I put them in kennels when I went to Burghley.... they came out with kennel cough Went to HorseyScots for a few days to enjoy her company and beautiful Scotland.... they put up a hare which they chased over 3 fields, Islay broke a toe going over a stone wall too fast

Oh and of course poor HorseyScot's dogs have got kennel cough as well, I went up there on the Monday after Burghley and Amy didnt start to show symptoms until the Thursday

I did threaten to hand them all back to the rescue people
