Mirrors on lorries

Just wondered if anyone has tried using stable mirrors with any success on lorries or trailers for nervous travelers? My chap will load/travel fine with a friend, but on his own, he will load (with food) and then panic and reverse down the ramp.

I have one in my lorry and I think it's helped a lot.

My horse doesn't like travelling alone and at one point we couldn't get her in the box at all. Now she goes in straight away. She also has a treacle lick she doesn't get at any other time so think it's a combination of both. She has a bit of the lick then licks the mirror!
