mirrors

Has anyone tried mirrors in stables or for traveling. Have they helped ?

I have used one in my stable and it did help to settle my horse. He did stop looking at it after the first few months but i did think it made a difference.

love them ! really have helped many of my horses over the years by having them in their stables.
never tried them/or needed them for travelling.

erm, I got one and my boy killed it!

my pony used to attack it when it came to feeding time as she thought it was going to steal her food!!! gradually she got used to it and would spend large amount of time staring at her reflection when she though no-one was looking!!

When he was sedated for his tildren he stood with it for comfort
