Miserable without my horses!!!

I'm 26 years old and have been riding since the age of 4, from the age of 16 to 24 i worked full time as yard manager at a livery/riding school, I got my first pony at the age of 11 and have had horses/ponies from then until march this year where upon some money issues and personal problems i had to sell my chesnut welsh cob gelding, my spottie traditional cob gelding, strawberry roan and white traditional cob mare and put my blue roan ISH gelding out on loan, as his age and a minor health complication meant i didn't want to sell him and not be able to monitor his well being.
I hate being without them! Have been looking for something to share now i'm in a better situation both finantionally and personally but nothing flaots my boat as it where, and i desperatly want my ISH back but obviously i had a proper contract written up and he's contracted to the lovely girl that has him up until next march when we'll decide if she keeps him on or if he comes back to me, I can't afford to buy myself another ned and don't particually want to incase Potts comes back next year as i wont have the time for 2 if he does. Ideaaly i'd like to take one on loan but would feel awful have to let someone down by sending he or she back when Potts comes home, In general my situation sucks!, just had to get it all out. Not really got anything constructive to say but maybe check with the person who has him on loan that there might not be a possibility of you having him back sooner? you never know for whatever reason it might suit her.

Keep looking for something to share - there are lots of fab horses around. Lots of people don;t even advertise, so put an advert up yourself offering your services.

You could ask the person loaning him about an earlier return, but I don't think its very fair on her. Loaners often get a really bad press - and people often don't acknowledge that owners can be just as bad in terms of messing people around (Not suggesting at all thats what you are doing - just pointing out what it might look like to her )
