i have a horrible feeling this is going to be one of those cases where it involves a family member:( i hope i am wrong and Tia turns up safe and well..

Very much hope you're wrong and very much hope she is ok. Its not looking great, its just so odd shes on no CCTV at all given the area she went missing from was a town rather than a wee village or the back of beyond.

C'mon Tia, get yourself home.

This grandmother's boyfriend (who was jailed for having a machete and some crack dealing allegedly) is now at the Police Station "as a witness".

When i first heard about this the police said that the grans boyfriend had been alone with a girl in the flat. It didnt say Tia just said a girl and then went on to say Tia had gone out shopping etc. I said then that reafing between the lines i think it has somehting to do with him. 95% of cases like this it is family related and the person will know her attacker. They would have picked her up on CCTV by now if she had made iot to the shopping centre or public transport. Sad.

Maesfen... What yard were you at back then... Off subject I know but I've seen very few on here from my neck of the woods.

Still hoping things come to light soon. Such a horrible situation for all involved.

I know this will be controversial , but if it has a bad out come, no one will ever convince me that such a monster deserves to live :(

Not saying it is him, but what goes on in the minds of people that would even take a child ?

I live in NA too. On Sunday the police had the Gran's road cordoned off, and for the past two evenings the police have been searching the Three Ha'penny woods and along the mad mile. The family did a candle lit walk on the Parade on Sunday night, it gives me goosebumps thinking of the poor girl and her family :(

I came from Thornton Heath but started at 7 years old and finished at 17 yrs at Selsdon Park Stables which was in the grounds of the hotel but owned by someone else; I think it's all been built on now but that was in the 50s/60s. Happy days, learnt so much; I even worked there when I left school until I moved on to hunters. We used to regularly do the Featherbed Lane and Shirley Hills rides from there and several of the other girls came from NA, even had a boyfriend from there too!

So sorry for the family, it must be awful for them.

They have now brought in the team of officers responsible for the search of Shannon Matthews. Lets hope for some insight.

I have to agree wholeheartedly with this. It just shouldnt be an option, If something is proven they should get death...End of.

As the mother of another 12 year old Tia this is really hitting home and im not religious but pray the poor kid's ok- Maybe just wandered off and got scared of all the attention she's getting- This would be an amazing outcome, sadly not likely.

What the hell is wrong with this world. :-(

Just saw the grans boyfriend on the news. He seems genuine and that he doesn't know what happened to her but you never know.

Thing is geegeeboy how many times have family members sat to do a press speech breaking down in tears doing a good job convincing the public? I don't trust anybody I'm afraid anybody can put on a good show but I so hope she's ok I really do.

Yeah, 'thatsmygirl' you are right. I'm a very suspicious person too and read lots of true crime books. I was looking for all the tell tale signs that he was lying when he was talking but couldn't detect anything. If he is responsible, he's a very good actor. X

I remember when that Huntley bloke gave a brief interview on the news when the two young girls (Holly and Jessica?) went missing. It was weird and he wasn't suspected, as he was just the school caretaker, but I had a funny feeling when I saw it that he had taken them.

if something horrible has happened to her then im so sorry.
however i do think a family member is involved, i believe its a police tactic to get them to make a public cry for help.

I still wonder what happened to maddie mccann?

The cops know what they are doing....oh and that will be a general purpose search dog which can search for bodies as well as other things, specialist cadaver dogs tend to be spaniels or labs. Hope she turns up.
