APPEAL FOR WITNESSES AFTER HORSE IS TAKEN
Police are appealing for witnesses after a horse was stolen from a field
in Kingsnorth.
The 17 year old bay gelding was taken from a field behind the medical
practise in Ashford Road on Thursday.
He was last seen by his owner on the morning of the Tuesday before.
(When he was at DIY livery at my friends, she said his owner would go
for over a week without going to see him, just assuming that they would
check him and his
water)
The horse has a brown coat with black mane and tail and has three white
socks, two on his hind legs and one on his foreleg (?!) a white star on
his forehead and a white stripe across his nose.
He is 16 hands in height and has a freezemark on is saddlepatch: B9A3.
He was unshod at the time of his disappearance.
Kirsty Farren, who has owned the horse for 14 years, said: "I've spoken
to a few people but no one seems to know anything. I had a drive around
to see if he was in any fields, but of course I couldn't find him."
Anyone with information can contact the police on 01233 896181.
