missing horses on loan

desperatly trying to find FERGi also known as bryncarreg leathal weapon,and .,<NEO AND PHEONIX my friend was looking after a couple for me now they have gone missing <SOLD>or rehomed i dont know , she didnt own them ,gone without my permission ,was [not hers to sell searching day and night , last known place was stowmarket suffolk, help please,all Bay .

When did you last see them?
Any freezemarks/micro chips?
Any identifying features?
Have you reported them stolen to the Police and what is the crime reference number please?

reported to police they said it is a civil matter to get intouch with trading standards so i have ,fergi is a rig ,whorl to face whites white snip in muzzle,trying to get photos for him photos got destroyed ive got pheonix papers hes a white blaze and two whites bay,im frantick my so called friend as vanished,she offered to look after them for me to help out so i trusted her .essex horse watch valarie nows all the details i have a picture of pheonix.

I had my horses stolen whilst on loan so I know how you feel.

You really need to post better descriptions height,ages etc would all be helpful

It is not a civil matter, it is theft unless you were unclear about the terms on which you were handing these horses over. Go back to the Police and get a crime reference number and get them to do some investigating (they probably don't understand the concept of loaning) - nobody can help you if they are not actually recorded as stolen

Bryncarreg leathal weapon pet name ,Fergi is around 12.2hh 4 yrs.very fine welsh C verysmall,lovely temprement,three white legs and whorl to face ,bay colt RIG,Pheonix is 12hh,s Bay sectionA gelding 6 years.was over weight very flat backed bites and sometimes kicks,can be nasty.full white blaze back white legs .They was with Neo bay gelding around 16 hh + large thbred cross.

This is not a civil matter at all it is a police matter, theft is theft whether it be a car or a horse.
Val is brilliant, can you pm me the details please and when I see Val on Thursday i will chat to her about it. Also come to Towerlands on Thursday for the crime prevention day, the mounted section will be there and I will point you in there direction for advice if you like.
