havent written to you all about missy in a while. so i shall update you, then please tell me how you think she is looking!
in all honesty, we've had a bit of a break from jumping and schooling and we've been enjoying the stubble fields too much! we've had a great time galloping about and things. had the bad lady out who advised us on a different saddle so were getting another! apparently she is getting a little bit tight through her back where the saddle is restricting her so after today's show, she is having a week or so off, then a new saddle fitted and then we're off again with some serious work! saying that, shes learning so fast! im so pleased with the way she is turning out.
with her saddle not right, we decided against jumping at Ashwell and instead we had a walk and trot around and 'soaked up' the atmosphere! i dont think she knew what hit her!! the grass was lush so she just grazed for the whole day we were up there, other then when i had a sit on her for 20 mins, i think she thought she had died and gone to heaven! this was her second show and those of you who have been to ashwell will know its not the quietest show around, it has a fair ground and loads of distractions but she wasnt bothered. shes a good girl
would love to know your thoughts on how she is looking now! those of you who have followed my updates since day 1, please tell me how you think she is coming on and any area's to improve? thanks
kisses:
having a trot around. i think we were trotting over a bit of paper, hence the 'ahh what is THAT' face..
