I was plaiting my boy up yesterday for our opening meet and got to his forelock only to notice that he had what looked like eggs under and around his forelock! Could they be mite eggs? Anybody know what i could put on them to remove the eggs?
I managed to get quite a few off by hand, wasn't easy though my boy is 18hh and is very headshy (came from a very rough life in Ireland!) So i really need some sort of lotion that i should be able to rub in to get rid of the little buggers!!
I feel awful that i haven't seen them before but with him being so headshy i can't get anywhere near his head with the clippers otherwise i would of seen them.
Any help would be gratefully recieved......
