Mobile Hot Horse Shower

Hi, I wonder if anyone has bought one of the mobile Hot Horse Showers and if so, was is successful and worth the money. Am thinking of buying one for the winter but it's a lot of money if it doesn't work properly or has lots of snags. Thanks.

Haven't got one but would very much like one what with having a grey and possibly taking on another so will watch with interest!

I have one - its very affected by breeze, which knocks the burner out, so you have to keep relighting. I guess if you were able to have it somewhere sheltered it would be ok.

Do you mean just a light breeze - or fairly gusty. Could you rig up a sort of windbreak for it? I think I would be using it outdoors but can't face another winter of trying to keep a grey clean with cold water..

Mine seems to be sensitive to a fair breeze, but if you could hang it in a sheltered spot where you can tie your horse close, it should be ok. My horses love it!

Thanks, that's really helpful.Just one more thing -do you have the one on the wheeled trolley or the sort you hang on a wall? The wheeled trolley one is what I think I want.

I just have the one you hang.

I have one. We housed it in an old kitchen cupboard so pilot light doesn't get blown out. Works a treat
