Mobile or Fixed Stables

Hello,

I am in the process of turning my 3 acre paddock at the end of our garden into a horse friendly place to keep my horses in. We are looking at getting 2 stables and a tack room - does anyone have any advice on whether we should choose mobile stables or fixed stables?

If the stables are in the garden, more than 5 meters from the house and the house is not listed then you will probably get away without needing planning In that case then I would definately go with fixed, proper set up with leccy and water.

But if you do think planning may be a problem then mobile stables may be your friend!
