My boy has had a few days of doing some rather wet and greenish poos. He is out at night, in during the day and has plenty of hay to munch on thro the day.

Could it just be that the new grass has shot thro again after a bit of rain and its going straight thro him? He can drink up to 1 1/2 tubtrugs of water a day if its really warm.

Yes that would be my guess. He should sort himself out in a few days and if not (or gets worse) then you need to consider having a word with your vet.

I would suggest it is the grass...everything is looking lush green all of a sudden due to the warmth and rain...keep an eye on it though as it should settle fairly quickly.

This week with the rain has caused all my neds to have vile stinky green poos.

Whilst the horses are very happy; its a pain in the bottom with the back travelling boots which need washing after every use!!
