as it say's 4 bits of wood screwed together to make a square shape 2ft by2ft 4 small hooks some bailing string hung it from a beam so much eaiser to fill haynets.
My tip is also a goody....... get one of the rigid round water tubs and just put the haynet inside with the top hanging over the edges..... will take four slices of hay and one on the top if necessary.
No hooks or ability to make anything required.
Wilkinsons sell the tub things in their garden part!!!! Green with yellow handles
Wow MQ! That's brill! I bought one of the metal rings off Robinsons and it's really the bees knees BUT all the liveries now use it and not everyone is gentle with it (coz they didn't buy it!). Consequently, it's fallen off the wall about a dozen times. Then the rods holding the ring bit out from the wall bent. Then the plate holding the whole thing to the wall bent. So a lovely livery welded a new part on that he'd made himself and its fine AT THE MOMENT. But I know it won't last for ever with 17 liveries using it all winter so I've been looking into those folding wooden ones. But I just KNOW they won't stand up to the sort of use it would get with 17 liveries using it for 6 months crabby, tired, miserable, fed up and more often than not in the pouring, freezing rain and screaming wind. Rigid round water tubs - brilliant! Thanks!
I looked at the Robinsons one and thought it looked like a good idea...... but fiddly, and I dont do fiddly as my fingers go numb when the outside temp drops below 90 degrees
So needed something foolproof, quick and to beat everything else free!!!!!!!
