I had a Selleria Equipe mono flap saddle, it was a good saddle but I would say they come up on the small side, comfy to ride in though.
I have also ridden in an Albion Kontact Lite, which is not light ;) also not that keen on it
My horse is in a Jefffries Flyover and I love it as does he :)
Not ridden in any other makes but I hope that helps :)

I have a Dapple saddle which is a spit of a devoucoux mono flap but a third of the price and I LOVE it so much! So comfy, and keeps you in the right place without being restrictive.

Ideal impala pro.. Fab saddle v grippy and v comfy..

another vote for Impala Pro. I have amerigos as well which I love but largely depends on budget and on horse shape.

The amerigos wernt fitting one of mine an Ideal do made to template so perfect fit. Had it 2weeks and will be making eventing debut at BCA

Came with leathers and a girth- unfortunatetly although girth perfect size wrong shape and it wasnt a stud guard but so far thats my only complaint. plus Im happy as I paid £1349. Bargain
