Montar sizing?

Anyone know how coats come up size wise please?

not sure about coats... but i bought a show jacket recently and had to go up 2 sizes! I even measured the first item that came through and compared it to the size chart provided by montar and it was 5 inches smaller than it should have been (even double checked the label)!
