My 2 year old section a gelding is being very moody,not sure if it is because he is fairly new to us and still trying to settle in as well as contending with his field mate section a mare who can be mean to him although not in a dangerous way just a dont invade my space way.
They have just swapped from being in during day(due to sweet itch) to out during day in at nights,yes I know they are welshies and could live out 24/7 but I dont have the grazing to sustain that and when I go to yard at night to bring them in they are more than ready and race me to the stables.
He does have a slight food aggression issue that I have posted about before but he just seems a bit down in general,saw vet last week for jabs and he said he doesnt think anything physical causing it so think he is just feeling a bit down can anyone recommend a good pick me up all the moody supplements on the market are directed at hormonal issues with mares.
