Monty was a naughty little monkey today and managed to come 5th out of 5!! Didn't put his ears forward once while in the ring and the steward had to chase him to make him trot on the firts trot up!. I think he needed a wee but is very funny were he goes, he also enjoyed bitting my arm off today through the whole class :angry: oh well, biggest thing he has ever done so cant be to disheartened, he also looked very imature compared to the rest.
Harry also decided today that he would rebal agianst his veteran status and whenever monty left him to go to the ring etc he did airs above the ground while mum and emma held on. Harry is only going to shows alone from now on as he is fine then!
Harry had 4 fault-itus today and got a pole down in each class although so did alot came 3rd in the 2'11" and after getting a pole in the 3'3 i decided to go and untack him as he seemed tired (prob from his antics in the morning) and there were 2 clears out of two other riders so didn't think i woud be needed. Got called over the tanoy for a jump off but had already untacked so asked if they could just withdraw me. There were two clears and 2 four faulters so they gave me 4th anyway! So won £8 in all today - lol.
Monty finally found a good spot and had a wee and then decided to behave (if only he is it earlier!)
Not really much of a result be oh well lol Toby may be going to a show next weekend just to have a look round (local small fun show) and Team chasing starts soon!
