More bad news, when will it end?

Ebony was meant to have X-rays at the end of December/Early January. However when i was changing her bandage on her leg yesterday i found that her scar there they had gone into her leg had opened up again partially, and she has gone more lame than she was. Naturally rung the vets and they have moved the Xrays forward to tomorrow. Mandy (the vet) says that it could just be nothing or it could be because the implants have become infected and the wound has opened up to let the infection out. Fingers crossed it's nothing. Please send good vibes, I don't know if they work but we need all the luck we can get as myself and my dad have decided that it wouldn't be fair to put her through surgery again and we are running out of options.
So please send good vibes to my girly, and hopefully it will turn out to be nothing
