Take a good look at the guy and make an educated assumption - I'll eat my hat ( and it's not a pretty sight ) if he's not an addict, drunk or both and fairly low down on the evolutionary scale - not a good combination at best.

He'll now have 126 days of holiday camp prison - central heating, good food brought to his cell and almost unfettered access to drugs.
