More pad faff

The saddle sits really nicely on it, no tightness or pinching, but as you can see it’s long.

Can we live with that?

Obviously on a fly rug to keep it clean.

Could you pull it forward at all to even up the overhang front and back

Obviously western riders use mega long pads.

Yeah, I'd pull it forward.

I struggled with this from time to time with my PRE though. Many pads were too long for him, or would rub it they were too long.

I think it will be just fine

I'd always rather go too long than risk too short. It looks tidy, I'd be another one to just go with it.
