She looks like she was made for the job! Now that you are both much more confident perhaps you could give her just a little bit more rein?

A neck strap is always a good addition to help give the confidence to do this. And of course, once your position improves hopefully that will also give you the confidence to allow with the hand more.

Not a confidence thing just something I need to work on. On a few of them she went on an odd stride where I was not expecting which is when I accidentally end up holding on.

We normally have it nailed when everything goes to plan but yes I am painfully aware that it is something I know needs working on when it doesn’t

Absolutely and normally do but it’s something I am working on as I don’t manage it all the time if the stride isn’t perfect etc, you will see in my previous post that I can do it!

We all have things to work on. I don't think you need to justify yourself :)
