I have entered Moreton Morrell BE100 for end of September and just wanted to know peoples opinions on the SJ and XC.. (as getting excited as it seems ages since our last event at the beginning of August :D:D:D!). Its a venue I have never been to, but from the Shoestring pictures the XC looks relatively straightforward and flat? what's the ground usually like? and is the SJ up to height? TIA!!!
 
We went earlier this year. SJ is in an arena, time was quite tight with plenty getting time penalties. XC was straight forward. One hill on the way back. Bottom corner was very very deep and they'd fenced it off so that you had to go through it but I'd imagine it's ok now.
Nice venue as it was also our first time. Good luck !
 
I did it a few years ago and I thought the sj was up to height, there weren't many clears. Also the ground was very hard last time I did it but I think they have done work on the ground since then.
