Been looking at stubben neoprene, stubben leather (expensive, though), thorowgood (sp?), aerborn (sp?). Can't decide.
Comfort is paramount as she is a bit shirty with girthing.

I have a Wintec one. It is fantastic - Has lasted for years, buckles etc very strong. No one-sided elastic which is a no-no. My saddler recommends it too.

was going to say that one, have a notoriously sensitive horse and never had a problem with that one, its a shame their GP version is only elasticated at one end cos that doesnt work (thankfully aerborn make one instead!)

I have a wintec one too, saddler recommended as very slightly elasticated all the way through, rather than just at one end. It looks like new a year on, and I just wipe it over with a baby wipe to clean it.

Big vote for the Thorowgood one, my mare cant wear the leather ones, even the lovely Albion one, it rubbed her. The only one that was any good for her was the T/good. Only cost around £16 too and still looks like new.
