Just wanted to say a big thankyou to NEW equine who were extremely helpful to me when I visited their factory/warehouse this week. They could not have been nicer, and they would have been perfectly within their rights to refuse my request but didn't.

So thumbs up to them, very pleased with them indeed!

Its nice to see a thread like this! We are all too quick to complain but not to praise. I have to say I am very pleased with Feedmark - I ordered a supplement that had barley in it (which my horse can't have). They refunded my money and even sent a courior to collect the supplement so I didn't have to go to the trouble of posting it myself.
