A friend of mine is thinking of stepping up to pre novice on October 14th . does any one know how stiff the course is at Mount Ballen please?

It usually up to height but straightforward. The SJing can cause some problems being in the main arena it gives horses a lot to look at.

Opinions are like bum holes, everyone has one.
Do not know why but Mount Ballan always causes loads of problems xc. Would suggest Broadway over Mount Ballan much more straightforward.
I think its because Eric Winter is really clever where he places the fences they are off turns and up small hills so lots of impulsion needed and they just are not ridden very well.
