Mountain Horse Body Guard Jacket

Has anybody got one of these jackets, and, if so, what do you think about it?
It is pretty expensive, but I am interested in it, but am not sure if it is a really worthwhile investment, or if I would be better off buying a body protector, which actually offers less areas of protection.

Any experiences regarding comfort, effectiveness etc.

I had one and sold a few months back, brought when my baby was being silly as found it more confatable than a BP.

Was warm to wear in the summer but no more than a BP

Was very comfatble once pads had moulded to my body and then never really thought about it once I was wearing

Both sister and I have these, the zip went on hers and the customer servie regarding this was poor. That said, we both still use them in winter, too hot for summer wear. We both think they are pretty good with regards to protection, the only other gripe I have with them is that they are all navy blue and I would prefer it to be in Hi-Viz. I do think mine has been well worth the money

I've got one and I love it. My only problem is it's hot in the summer!
