I ahve the High Calibre Mountain Horse boots and I love them! However foolishly I dropped a filler on my leg on Monday night and I have broken one of the zips!

Can anyone recommend anywhere I can send them to have the zip replaced?

Thanks.

I don't know whereabouts you are but I'm in Herts and I took mine to my local saddlery who deal with Mountain Horse.

They sent the boot back to Mountain Horse who replaced the zip. It cost £25 (they were long boots) but the saddlery didn't tell me until I went to pick up the boot that they were adding an extra £10 'handling' charge to the £25 they quoted me. I was livid and argued it but wasn't winning so gave up and paid up.
Won't be going there again, but MH did a good job on the zip!!

My sportive high riders have the same problem

Am taking them down my local saddlery in the hope they can fix them in time for the dressage on the 10th

Have called local saddlery who think they may be able to fix it, and if not they can send it back to MH for me... Thanks for the advice..!

Email Horsemasters (MH uk distrubuter) they will repair them for £25 each zip inc return postage.

I have mine old ones done not so long ago, now I can keep my newer pair for best.

It takes about two weeks to get them back, they are very helpful.

If you pm me your email address I can send you a copy of the email they sent me
