Reading through H&H today and saw the mounted police branch in Wales is closing for lack of funding. They spent £200,000 on setting up which I can appreciate to some extent, stables, horses, tack, training and the like, but how on earth is it costing £100,000 a year with only four horses? I would love to have a look at those accounts!
