My neutered 9 month old pup is constantly mounting my bitch. She is not in season and he was neutered at 6 months. Is this something he will grow out of? Is it a dominance thing? It's hard to tell who is the boss as he grabs her by the neck when playing but she will take any bones or toys off him.
