mouthy horse!

I have a 16hh warmblood. 12 years done absolutely everything with her. But we have one problem with our dressage. She is really gobby i.e she doesnt stop chomping and chewing at the bit. So i always get marks down on that. Shes in a snaffle teeth are up to date, tried flash, grakle nothing stopped her. Havent tried a droo though would this help?
She doesnt stop literally from the minute you get on till when u take away the contact.

Any ideas? She has been like this for years!

Have you tried plastic? My horse cannot stand metal bits, have tried them all, sweet iron, copper inserts etc etc, constant chewing and messing. Changed to a straight bar happy mouth, no more problems. Might be worth a try if you haven't already.

Yes when i used to showjump her she wore a happy mouth gag, made no differnce !

Will be following this thread as my boy does it too when hacking or when schooling once he's warmed up, drives me potty!!

Shy does this too....it seems to be a habit, whatever bit he's in - partly why I ride bitless a fair amount. The only bit he will tolerate is a french link, I don't know if that helps ?
