moving a horse from the outside in!

my friends horse has been living out for a while whilst her new stables have been being built. Now there is a stable avilible she would like to bring him in, but is wondering how she can get him used to stable life without hiim gettin a cough? any help would be much appriciated.

Use a dust free bedding like woodchips and feed soaked hay/ haylege. Should be fine, although if it was me and I had access to a field all the time mine would be out!

Ditto the above and also keep the stable free of cobwebs each week as they collect dust too.
