Moving horses the irish way

I bought a mini from beeston from some irish men, i didnt take a trailer with me as i didnt plan on buying, so the men just picked him up and put him in the back of my large 4x4, he traveled lovely, never moved, BUT i was reported to the rspca for traveling a pony in a car, who then reported me to defra, as its an affence.

God yes, if they were lucky. It would have been kinder for the meat man to just buy them by the truck load and not put them thru the pain of the ring. Bloody awful.

Must say these little guys look quite happy with their transport! :D "Are we nearly there yet?" :D

Years ago at Appleby a man tried to persuade myself and my ex to buy a donkey foal and when we said we had no transport, he said put him in the back of the car. I was outraged, but now I've seen this, maybe it would have been possible. :p

Are they housetrained? I have a very expensive car.

I have got 3 minis and one of them loves coming into the kitchen opening the cupboards in search of something tasty to eat, so far she has proved to be house trained. :D Check out another thread from Rileyboy, he has a foal in the house sleeping on a bean bag!
