In need of a little advice from anyone who can help. Im moving house in a few weeks and I have a problem with my youngest whippet.

I got Alfie a year ago after he spent a few weeks at his foster home and he just turned one when he came to live with me. Im sure that this was quite a traumatice time for him as he was with two quite dominate, boistres dogs and he also had his coconuts chopped off.
Since I have had him he has had accidents practically everyday. He has a little pee by the back door if left for 5 minutes and regulay leaves a present in the kitchen over night. He gets taken out loads of times during the evening and has his last walk around 11pm every night.
He has been checked for any urine problems by the vet and everything has come back negative. Im putting this down to anexiety as there are sometimes he doesnt even ask to go out.
I really dont want him to continue with this behaviour and I really dont want to stress him out with this move. I have seen a diffuser called adaptil for dogs and wondered if anyone has used this or am I going down the wrong path?

Sorry if I have rambled or there are spelling mistakes as I.m using a phone to write this.
My other whippet which I have had since he was a pup is now 5 and he has always been clean since he was 3 months old.

It does indeed sounds like he is anxious, esp if he displays this behaviour when left.
Have you heard of a crate and is this something your would consider in order to create a new routine for him and help him feel more settled when left in his own company, if so then PM me your email address and I can sedn you a crate guide and further explain why a crate would benefit him:)
A dap diffuser will help as part of creating a new routine certainly but would not stop the soiling, so indeed purchase a one.
