Moving to Wensley (Nr Matlock) Derbyshire..

Currently based in Chesterfield but moving to Wensley at the end of this month. Hoping to move my Section A gelding nearby, anybody know of livery/grass livery close? I have done the usual google searches but very little comes up and I realise most of these things happen by word of mouth.

Wouldn't really want it to be too far from the village as he's kept at my mums yard in Chesterfield just now rent free, and if I can't find anywhere close he may as well just stay there!

Out of interest, what would you expect to pay for grass livery these days? And how much would you expect to rent a small 1/2 acre grazing field for per month?

Any help much appreciated. :)
 
I pay £150 a month for 3 1/2 acres. I get leccy (inc fencing) and water included in that plus I'm allowed to put up any storage I want etc. He's also putting in a stable/store for me this spring.

ETA. Yard is near Bolsover.

Ah right, I know winster - lovely area, sadly I don't know of any yards round there. I used to know someone who was on a yard at Elton if that is any help.....

Thanks for the replies, I think I know which yard you're on about at Elton, going to have a look around that area as soon as this blumming weather gets a bit better!
