Moving to yard in Claverdon

Thinking of moving my eventer to a yard in Claverdon that has only been up and running for a couple of years, had lots of building work done but the facilities are fantastic. Not too sure about the owner, some big shot who works in finance in London. Anyone heard of it?
 
Yes, thats the one. The lady who runs the yard, Frankie, she is lovely. But its the owner who scares me and is giving me second thoughts about moving
 
Does anyone else know of Club Equus in Claverdon? Need to find out a bit more about the owner as I must make my mind up soon (think I have already done that) as to whether to move my horse or not. Facilities are brilliant, the Yard manager is brilliant, its the owner with the question mark!!
