Knee deep in mud!

Hi, I have a working cocker spaniel, 8 years old, she has started getting stiff in one of her back legs (I don't think it is both) I will take her to the vets, prob need xrays for arthritis?

Just wondered if anyone else has experience of this and if anyone gives msm or similar to their dogs?

Thanks :)

The nice people at Flex have just sent me a free sample of green lipped mussel extract, which is supposed to be good for joint mobility.
Not tried it before, but thought it might be worth a go

I use aviform supplex plus and I think it's really made a difference to our 3. We have a working shepherd who gets stiff in one shoulder and 2 older lurchers and all 3 are so much better since they've been on it.
I used the horse version a few years back and rated it so thought the dog one might be worth a try.

Green lipped mussel extract is fab!!!!!

I use it myself and started the lurcher with the arthritic knee joint on it a couple of years ago and it has helped him more than any other supplement.
