I made this mistake of using MTG on my horses without testing and one of them appears to have random patches of yellow scabs in fur, not everywhere were i put MTG but two places that i definitely applied it. I have tried to wash it with warm water and shampoo but her fur is still really greasy with this product. How on earth do i get rid of it?! Need something deep cleansing but skin soothing.
Grateful for any advice how to remove it!

I'd never heard of it, so looked it up. It contains this:

INGREDIENTS OF MTG:

Mineral oil, sulfur, zinc stearate, glycerin and cade oil

Lots of horses react to sulphur in pig oil (mineral oil) with sulphur or mineral oil alone. It should come with a patch test instruction.

Even though it's still greasy perhaps the shampoo you gave it got enough off. I'd be careful not to make it sensitive by overwashing it or using something harsh on it.
