Much Happier Today....

Well after the disaster yesterday at Burghley PC ODE, I took Arns to Elms Farm today just to jump the Trailblazers.

Aim was to a) rebuild his confidence b) rebuild my confidence and c) get our rythmn back.

Just jumped the 85cm and 95 cm classes (a bit of a come down after 1.15 yesterday) but he was fab - double clear and 2nd place in the 85, then clear and 4 in the 95 (my fault with the 4).

Much better rythmn, confident and taking me back into the fences.

Happy bunny again.

Meant to ask - did you ever find out what caused G's lumps last week and how long did they last? Arns had a load round his quarters yesterday - def not fly bites. They've calmed down today but I can still feel them under his skin.

Nope I didnt unfortunately. think they may have been a reaction to something he ate....they have gone to tiny little scabs now, you cant really see them. They went in 4/5days, with some help with an antihistimin....will PM you....
