Does anyone know the new laws relating to muck heaps. Ours is disgusting and overflowing almost to the yard. Please help. This is on an unlicenced yard.

Sounds like you need to get the pitch forks out. I am surprised your YO has let it get into that state, perhaps she thinks your muck, you clean it up. Hopefully not, I would have a word with her and see whats to be done.

As Filly has said - pitch forks out and get stamping - a muck heap properly flattened will go down to half it's size and continue to rot down
