It is that time of year again, but earlier than usual and I have already walked out of my boot in a muddy gateway
. So, I need a solution.
My thoughts were to put down some hardcore, but would I have to dig out the existing mud before I put it down? I really want to keep costs to a minimum so hiring a digger is really not a preferred option. How much hardcore would I need? Would I be better with something other than hardcore? Field mats are out of the question too expensive and wont work as it is already wet plus there is a slope down to the gate so they would walk down. Any idea of approximate cost?
