Multiple Yards Burglaries - Cornwall

Firstly, please be assured these are FACTS.

Just want to warn people that, last night, many yards were burgled in the St.Hilary (near Penzance) area.
Men of foreign origin were chased out of a field by one owner and , yes, a white van was spotted.

No horses have been stolen, but loads of tack has.

Please be on the look out, we are not exempt.

They are really not. These orful people, if the same, seem to be making their way through the country.

Its so scary it could be any one of ours next!

Ohh no I was hoping they wouldnt make it down this far! Im tempted to sleep in the field in a tent to make sure they dont nick my horses!! ....... runs of to by padlocks....

this is not what they said on local radio at 3pm this afternoon they said there has been no thieves. however there has been sighting of men taking photos of horses, which they are investigating it's was devon and cornwall police that was saying this on the news.

We have been contacted by customers, and friends in the area, many of whom have been burgled overnight. The sighting of men in the field is also from a genuine, honest customer.

Remember, these are TACK thefts only, not horses.
