Mummy who??......feeling unloved

I have been abandoned by my lovely mare I remember the days when I was her number one, she would whinny as I arrived and come trotting over for her grub. I would spend hours grooming her and feeding her bananas.

Now I have been superseded by a flaxen haired welsh D called Sam. It's love!!! They are besotted. Neither horse wants to leave the field, poor Sam's owner actually gave up, checked him over and left yesterday!!

She will come out of the field with some persuasion but won't eat anything since her and her boyf just call to each other. I also had to do some serious leg-washing yesterday......slapper!

This is alien to me since Monty and Zoom were a married couple!

Ho-hum.......maybe I'll take up chess?

Farra was so upset yesterday by Stinky trotting off without her, she couldn't eat the lovely grass on the bridleway where my OH had taken her - and this is a mare that lives for her grub!

Luckily she doesn't do squirty stuff - Stinky got very upset the one time she did squirt him - he is a bit of a gay boy and she hasn't done it since.

Hopefully she will settle down once the honeymoon period is over.
