Does anyone have one and is it worth the money?

It looks the job, Im fed up of getting soaked through.

Don't know about the jacket but if it's as good as the Musto Innovation short boots then I'd go for it. I bought a pair of their Innovation boots in the summer; took a while to break in but now they're broken in, they are easily the best pair of boots I have ever had. They're so so comfortable it feels like I'm in slippers but they're fab to ride in too, and warm.

Sounds like I work for Musto LOL

Based on that, I'd go for one of the jackets.
